Synopsis

Mio, Hiroko, and Masami are schoolgirls obsessed with a nightly radio program "Blue Bird." The teenage DJ of the show, Michiru, talks about her sex life and conjures up Kokkuri, a spirit whose unseen presence can be summoned by seances. At one of these seances, Kokkuri foretells the death of one of the three girls at age 17. Masami has a boyfriend, Akira, whom the lonely Hiroko also likes. Being inclined to follow blindly Michiru's advice to go out and get what you want, Hiroko does just that, resulting in a rift between the friends and Hiroko's suicide attempt by drowning.
