Synopsis
In a remote Catalan village, the lives of various villagers are intertwined. Angel lives with his sister Dolors, as their mother works far away. Dolors has a series of local boyfriends, and eventually meets a new young doctor. Meanwhile, one man has his olive oil stolen, the local crime boss is responsible, and one of the crime boss's henchmen has a brief affair with Dolors.
