Synopsis
Alice Walsh has been trying to locate her father for years, and her letters to him are returned via the Dead Letter Office. Her search leads her to work at the office and to write more letters to him. Frank, who delivers the mail, knows of Alice's letters. Frank, having tragically lost his children, decides to become Alice's father by corresponding through the letters. After meeting her true father, Alice realizes that he could not have been the one to write such endearing letters. She returns to Frank and together they salvage what they can of the past, and move into a more promising future.
