Synopsis
A 1959 Chevy becomes a home for Brujas, a junkie who was once an actor for a now fallen movie director named Gaspar. Gaspar is now a rat catcher at a local church. The two are bound together in the hope that they will one day make another picture together and by the car, a visible sign of better times. Lucia is a hooker who hangs out with both Brujas and Gaspar but hopes to someday marry Pinto, a local African. All are under the watchful eye of the Turk who controls most of the illegal activity in the area.
