Synopsis
Carlos, a Guatemalan immigrant, works 12 hours a day washing dishes in an LA restaurant. He sends all his money back to his wife, Luisa. After two years, he returns home only to find Luisa and the money gone...to Texas with some American. Panicked, Carlos returns to LA and begs his only friend, Tony, a waiter from the restaurant, for help. The two hop into Tony's beaten car in search of Luisa and the money.
