Synopsis
Wally is a working class guy who is forced to go to extremes in order to rescue his best friend, a dog named Neechee. Neechee is captured by an organized crime faction and held as a hostage. The gangsters believe Wally has stolen from them and he is eventually forced to use excessive force to prove his, and his dog's, innocence.
