Synopsis
The century is coming to an end and New York City is tearing out its hair. At a New Year's Eve party on December 31, 1999, a group of discombobulated characters converge on a downtown brownstone. Everyone has their own ideas about what to accomplish before the millennium turns. In the end, the partygoers are astonished and re-awakened--gunshots are fired, passions flare and ignite, hallucinogenic fruit is consumed, battling lovers are reunited--and as the new century dawns, all are joined in the curious sense that the best is yet to come.
