Synopsis
Five stories that focus on how Naples' famed gold has turned to dirt without diminishing the Neapolitan's warmhearted humanity. A young aristocrat plays a card game with very high stakes; penniless newlyweds have surprises for each other; lustful Argentinian tourists visit Pompeii; an actor borrows money to pay for an audition; and two saxophonists improvise an act after their instruments are stolen.
