Originally scheduled to premiere on December 16, 1997 on American Movie Classics (AMC), but was withdrawn from scheduling in order to comply with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences requirement for 1997 Academy Award qualification, that there cannot be a television airing of a documentary while it is being viewed for possible nomination.
