Synopsis
Set in the summer of 1986, a comedically raunchy narrative which purports to be a subjective but accurate account of a working-class vacation, which is set entirely in a seedy summer camp, Camping Cosmos, located on the windswept Belgian beach. With the apparent encouragement of the Ministry of Culture, a gang of artists and intellectuals has been given the task of bringing culture to board vacationers.
