Synopsis
While the tumultuous year 1968 marked the apex of a worldwide youthful counterculture and flowering of Prague Spring, it also was the year that brought the final expulsion of Poland's remaining Jews... Part political docudrama, and part romance--a timeless tale of teenage lust--the story entwines the personal and political: the daughter of a Jewish cultural apparat-chik undoes her father when she falls for a charismatic student leader of Jewish descent.
