Synopsis
Two candidates in an LA City Council race--one black, the other Latino--vie for the endorsement of the outgoing white councilman. In theory, the candidate who can capture the floating white vote will win. But with a small margin of error, while both candidates start out on the straight and narrow, soon the demons of the democratic process emerge and fighting fair goes out of the window.
