Synopsis
Vano is king of a small country always at war. He is surrounded by hypocritical and treacherous courtiers-even his wife betrays him, despite her well designed chastity belt. Five centureies later, in a small country behind the Iron Curtain, Vano is a pickpocket who joins the revolutionary cause of the beautiful Eka. Victorious, they climb through the ranks of the new order, but again Vano faces discontent, jealousy and treachery. The country is caught in a civil war, and knowing that he cannot even have a drink without endangering himself, Vano leaves for the bright lights of the big city where he hears life is sweet...
