Synopsis

Danila returns home after serving two years in the army but, unsatisfied with small town life, he leaves for St. Petersburg where his elder brother Viktor has made a success. Danila soon discovers that his brother is a contract killer and subsequently joins him on a hit for $20,000 but is wounded in the process. Their mark, a well-known Chechin mobster, is now in deadly pursuit of Danila. However this doesn't stop Danila from finding romance with Sveta and, later, Kat.
