Synopsis
Kelly is 17-years-old and Tony is a bit older. They are engaged, of Laotian descent, and living in Northern California. She's focused on college while he has served "hard time" for armed assault, yet has been clean for two years. Their lives are complicated by her pregnancy, schoolwork, and his parent's inability to move them towards marriage, a responsibility they must accept according to tradition.
