Synopsis

Down-and-out cop Torrente is continuing to work as if he hasn't been fired from the force. He is a completely despicable guy who, every day, sends his old father out into the street in a wheelchair to beg, even though the man can walk. Meanwhile, Torrente makes friends with a gun-worshipping nerd Rafi just so he can get a chance to score with his Rafi's cousin Amparito. After his father eats a spring roll and almost dies, Torrente realizes local gangs are smuggling heroin via a Chinese restaurant. Smelling glory, he gets a group of Rafi's friends together to bust the drug ring.
