Synopsis

Claudia, the mistress of a powerful union leader, is framed for his murder. Marco, a young reporter is hired to write a story on the case while Magana, a inept lawyer, signs on to defend the only suspect. Both of these men receive their instructions anonymously over the phone from an unseen power broker. Marco's investigation unveils conflicts between the victims union work and his wife's land interests. Unfortunately, his relationship with the photographer Maria is also affected. When Claudia's innocent former lover is forced to confess to the murder, it becomes clear the both Marco and Magana are being played for fools.
