Synopsis

Mild-mannered Frank Connally has stomached a lot of insults in his life, but when his wife leaves him, taking along his two kids and his beloved record collection, it's enough to push him over the edge. Checking into a dingy hotel, Frank plans to listen to some of his favorite music and then quietly end his misery with a bullet. But he keeps being interrupted by the bizarre denizens of the hotel, ranging from a newspaper-hoarding blind man to the frizzy-mopped hooker who, like Frank, has reached the end of her tether.
