Synopsis
Chip Wadena is the self-styled "Super Chief," the tribal chairman of the White Earth Indian Reservation in upper Minnesota. It seems his title has gone to his head when it is discovered that he embezzled much of the millions of dollars that came through the reservation's casino business. While many White Earth residents knew of his thievery, they also depend too much on the tribal government for jobs and housing to ever speak up. This is the story of two men, Lowell Bellanger and Eugene McArthur, who chose to take on Wadena and the corrupt election system he has perpetuated for more than twenty years.
