Synopsis

Dwight Meadows, a retired Seattle homicide cop, reluctantly returns to the force in order to stop a copycat serial killer who is imitating the grisly, sexual murders commited by a killer dubbed "the Surgeon," a man previously apprehended by Meadows himself. And when copycat killer targets Meadows' ex-wife Allison and his new partner Dana, the detective will have to use all his skills to find the killer before those close to him are killed.
