Synopsis
Dwight Meadows, a retired Seattle homicide cop, reluctantly returns to the force in order to stop a copycat serial killer who is imitating the grisly, sexual murders commited by a killer dubbed "the Surgeon," a man previously apprehended by Meadows himself.
