Synopsis

In a poor neighborhood of Madrid, three teenage boys sit out the summer. While the richer classes leave town to escape the heat, Rai, Manu and Javi don't even have the money to reach the city center, never mind the beach. Manu tries to keep a pizza delivery job, but has no transport. Rai wins a competition but has the prize stolen before he can sell it. Each boy loses his innocence in some way, as they negotiate a violent father, a sexually awakened sister and a drug-addicted brother.
