Synopsis
Mostar in the summer of 1994; the aftermath of the war, the town's bridge has been destroyed; the city divided. Croatians live on one side and Muslims on the other. The European Union sent German politician Hans Kroschnick to Mostar as city administrator. His task is to bring back life to the city and calm tensions.
