Synopsis
Set in the '60s in a traditional village in South India, a drama demonstrating how remnants of British colonialization effected Kerala farmers who, in order to survive their impoverished circumstance, had to play along with extreme laws and lawmakers who governed their territory. The story focuses on one good-hearted, downtrodden man in particular, Thommie, who must play observer to the host of atrocities which he and his family must endure under the subjugation of a scheming village chief.
