Synopsis
Harry Griswald, a hot dog loving Bronx cop, is magically "tromatically" transformed into the raw fish eating super-human hero Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.. He possesses the ancient powers of the traditional art of Kabuki: heat seeking chopsticks, computerized 16 byte sushi, futuristic flying footwear, bulletproof gale force fans, pyro projectile parasols and the ability to fly... slowly. His American peers at first think that he's a sissy for "dressing up in those silk dresses," whilst his Japanese girlfriend sees him as just another arrogant American; but they must all work together to battle the heinous, horrendous "Evil One," whose henchmen are the labor, bureaucratic and corporate elites.
