Synopsis
In the year 3000, Earth is a barren and decayed land torn by raging electrical storms and rampant with deadly cancers. The tortured and ravaged masses who have managed to survive to date have discovered the only means of escape in the form of "the seeds," a hallucinogenic drug that provides great pleasure but eventual madness. Only one man can bring the murderous drug lords who control this harmful substance to their knees and eliminate them once and for all, but he must first avenge his own past.
