Synopsis
Jo, a single mother, is a real life force. Despite living with her abusive father and supporting her junkie sister, she keeps her life together and has a laugh. But then she becomes pregnant by a married man who starts mistreating her; and her mother, Jo's only pillar of support, is taken ill. Can she face going through with the pregnancy? If so, what will happen to the baby. The unthinkable happens to Jo, and she barely survives.
