A drama of friendship between two women and their quest for freedom: Soraya Rahimi, is a young Iranian woman, living in the United States, and is desperately searching for a place to belong in this land of liberty. The promise of her obtaining a green card leads her to applying for a domestic job in the home of an agorophobic single mother, Ellen Follette. Even within their limitations, the each woman owns the ability to fulfill the other's dream for independence--only under the condition that they both learn, as individuals, the necessity to trust the "other woman."
