Synopsis
Set in Ireland circa 1952, Eamon Doyle falls in love with Una Moran whose brother has been killed in Korea. Realising that his son has no future in this small rural community, Mr. Doyle buys Eamon a ticket to America and, most probably, a passport to Korea. Torn between his duty to his father and his love for Una, Eamon is faced with a very difficult choice: whether or not to go to America.
