Synopsis
Having previously saved the day when a giant squirrel destroyed the Tromaville power plant, Roger Smith has become the father of twins, Adlai and Dick. However, because Dick was stolen at the hospital, Roger believes that Adlai is his only son. Dick is turned evil by the criminals who raise him, and Dr. Slag uses him to frame Adlai, turn the town against him and attempt to destroy Tromaville. Now it is up to Adlai to save the town.
