Synopsis
A tale of revenge and reconciliation in post-Soviet Russia which centers on Nikolai, a newlywed who is attempting to prevent the ghosts from his past from interfering with his new life and business--he intends to do so, however, not by putting away painful reminders of his prison-bound years, but instead, by seeking revenge as a means of resolving his own bitterness over bygone days.
