Synopsis
In order to stop the Russian secret police from torturing her Nihilist father, Anna Pavlowa agrees to spy on Prince Cyril Rubetskoi, a suspected revolutionary. She undertakes her assignment, but falls in love with the prince and becomes a revolutionary herself. Anna is betrayed by a servant, but with the help of Wassili, a soldier and revolutionary, she frees her father and her lover. Together, they escape to America.
