Synopsis
Scotland Yard is called in to investigate the seemingly accidental deaths of several heavily-insured foreign gentlemen. When a body is fished out of the Thames, clues lead the Yard to a conglomeration of blind peddlers known as the Dead Eyes of London. An ex-nurse who has worked in an asylum for the blind leads an inspector to the heads of the organization; these men have been paying the blind peddlers to commit the murders, resulting in enormous insurance payments.
