Synopsis
Octavia Lowden supports her aunt, uncle, sister, kid brother, and grandmother, all of whom, except the last, claim ailments to avoid work. When Pritchett Spence, her employer and admirer, calls and discovers the imposition, he lures Octavia away and has her quarantined, thus creating a situation that compels the family to go to work and offers her time for a romantic attachment.
