Synopsis

Eve marries John Waring for his money though she is infatuated with Ralph Deane and has informed John of the fact. From Ralph she accepts a dinner engagement, which, she insists, will be their farewell; but he conquers her resistance, and John, though he loves her, arranges for a divorce. Though her sister, Patsy, proves that Ralph is a rotter, Eve refuses to be convinced. John confronts Ralph when he tries to seduce Patsy. Vixen, Ralph's jealous mistress, shoots him; and when, following the discovery of Vixen's suicide, John is cleared, he and Eve are happily reconciled.
