Synopsis

Rex Barton, the easygoing son of wealthy Cyrus Barton, accomplishes little at college except winning the amateur boxing title. Pretending to quarrel with his father, he leaves home and takes a job as physical instructor in a ladies' gymnasium owned by his sweetheart, Marion Wayne. One of the jealous ladies informs Peter Wayne that his daughter is flirting with Rex, and he orders him fired. Duncan, a local broker, offers to set up a championship match but makes a deal with Brennan, a champion boxer; and when Wayne stands to lose financially from the match, he agrees on Rex as an entry. Duncan then tries to make it appear that Rex has murdered Wayne; after exciting complications, Rex evades the police and wins the girl by defeating Brennan.
