Synopsis

While roaming through the woods and taking photographs, Billy Woodruff accidentally encounters Pattie, a wild girl of the forest, who lives in a cabin with her grandfather and her pet dog, Rex. Billy and Pattie are strongly attracted to each other. Lige Blew, a mountaineer, asks Pattie to be his wife, but she will have nothing to do with him. Lige then has Pattie's grandfather framed for murder and sent to jail, leaving Pattie in his power. Rex goes to fetch Billy, and he returns in time to protect Pattie from Lige's overpowering advances. The grandfather is released from jail, and Pattie becomes betrothed to Billy.
