Synopsis
Rance Raine, seeking to avenge the death of his brother Harvey, a doctor, unknowingly stops at the same ranch house where the killer, Mort Landeau, and his wife are staying. Rance and the wife become enamored of each other, and she reveals that her husband is the murderer. Meantime, "Red" Oldham has become infatuated with the wife and has his gang hold Rance captive. A fight ensues between Oldham and Landeau in which the latter is killed. Rance is freed by his horse, Star; Rance then defeats Oldham in a fight and marries Mrs. Landeau.
