Synopsis
Phil Manners assumes the disguise of a masked stranger to capture a band of horsethieves led, he suspects, by Abner Whitcomb, guardian of his sweetheart, Mary Ransome. Rex, leader of a herd of wild horses whose permanent loyalty Manners has earned, helps him round up the outlaws and goes for the sheriff when Manners gets in a jam.
