Synopsis
Little Jane and Katherine are left in the care of their Uncle Billy, a bachelor, when their mother is called away from the summer resort in which they are vacationing. Trouble begins when Uncle Billy falls in love with Betty Murray, and the girls begin to exhibit their mischievous natures. Betty is staying in the hotel with her father William, and a crisis occurs when her dissolute brother Bob is ordered by the burglar Monk to rob his father's suite. Bob refuses and is knocked unconscious by Monk and his pal, who then take refuge in Uncle Billy's room. Jane, having hidden herself in a bureau drawer, captures the thieves by hitting Monk over the head with a flatiron. With mother's return to take charge of her daughters, all ends happily as Uncle Billy marries Betty and the Murray family is reunited.
