Although both Lucy Cotton and Emile Chautard list this film as a Mayflower production in their entries in the 1920 MPSD, it is unclear whether the film was ever completed or released. There is a possibility that Whispering Shadows, a 1922 film reviewed in the March 25, 1922 issue of Motion Picture News as a Peerless Feature Producing Co. release, and the only other film on which both Cotton and Chautard are credited, May be the same film. The plot of the 1922 film, which concerns séances, is suggestive of the title The Invisible Foe.
