Synopsis
Incurring his father's wrath for bringing home a hard-boiled cabaret dancer as a prospective bride, young Broadway wastrel Billy Mathewson escapes with a friend, Dizzy Durby, to make good in a small town where his father is building a dam. A crooked foreman is engaged in making himself rich at the expense of his employer and the villagers, but Billy spots the villain, exposes him, and wins Elinor, the daughter of a prominent local resident.
