Synopsis

The women of a western town elect a woman sheriff whose niece is loved by Ben Tully. Hoping to restore the sheriff's office to masculine control, he stages a series of fake holdups designed to terrify the sheriff. A notorious crook carries off the niece; but Ben gives chase, saves the girl, and frees other captives from the bandit's gang.
