Synopsis
The line between cops and crooks is frequently crossed in turn-of-the-century Hong Kong. When inspector Jackie arrests the local crime boss, much to the annoyance of his superior, Jackie is framed and jailed. Forging an alliance with pirates and revolutionaries in prison, Jackie sets to right all wrongs with one big stroke.
