Synopsis
Dick Sterling, secret leader of a gang of outlaws, leads them to loot Jack Caldwell's mine when gold is discovered on his ranch. Caldwell loves Sterling's sister, Mary, but he vows vengeance upon the gang when an explosion in the shaft kills Jack's little sister, Helen. Capturing a runaway outlaw, Jack is horrified to recognize Mary's brother. Mary pleads for the boy's life, but Dick's death by suicide paves the way for the loving couple's happiness.
