Synopsis
An Irish girl, Jerry, comes to her father in America. But finding life unpleasant with her stepmother, Jerry leaves home and encounters John Garland, a millionaire, now a widower, whom she knew in Ireland. Garland hires her to be governess to his daughter. Jerry's brother, Eugene, a cashier in Garland's bank, is implicated in a robbery of his employer; and Jerry is also involved, apprehended, and jailed. Garland, however, clears the O'Donnells and declares his love for Jerry.
