Synopsis
Guy and Bee, believing themselves married, later suspect that the ceremony was illegal. Bee becomes pregnant. They are ostracized by the townspeople and are temporarily separated. Finally, the squire who performed the marriage ceremony sees an account in a newspaper of Guy's predicament; he delivers the missing marriage certificate, thereby acquitting Guy and Bee--and the baby--of any wrongdoing.
