Synopsis
Clive Morton, Wall Street financier, is engaged to marry Estelle Marsh, but the wedding is postponed when business takes him to Mexico. While he is gone Estelle announces her engagement to rival suitor Ralph Walker. Morton returns and forces Estelle to marry him, informing her that the business trip was to save her father's fortune and threatening that unless she marries him her father will be ruined. They marry but live in separate suites, and Estelle continues an affair with Walker. They are reconciled when Morton proves that Walker has been interested only in effecting his financial ruin.
