Synopsis
On his wedding night, Lawrence Sinton is accidentally blinded. His wife, Evelyn, who is in love with Dr. Kitchell, discovers that Hilda Nevers, a nurse, has a voice identical to her own. Dr. Kitchell and Evelyn run off together, hiring Hilda to substitute as Lawrence's wife. Hilda falls in love with Lawrence, and an operation restores his sight. Lawrence learns the true identity of his "wife," divorces Evelyn, and marries Hilda.
