Synopsis

Returning from their honeymoon, Alvin and Edith Marston discover that Alvin's father Jerry has been killed by a Chinatown gang. Then, Alvin's long-lost twin brother, who became a drug addict after Hop Li kidnapped him and renamed him Chang, secretly comes back in order to claim his father's fortune. As part of his plan, Chang abducts Alvin and takes his place, after which he begins brutalizing Edith, who is shocked at the change in her husband. Finally, however, Alvin, who has lost his memory, is able to find his way back home. Chang tries to shoot him, but the bullet hits a vase, which restores Alvin's memory when it falls on his head. Then, suddenly realizing the extent of his sins against his own family, Chang commits suicide.
