Synopsis
Mary Smith, waitress on a lunch wagon concession, loves "Terrible Bill," the conductor, who courts Yvonne, a notorious gold digger. Clyde Jones, the motorman on the lunch wagon, loves Mary but is too shy to approach her. Bill becomes interested in Mary when she is awarded $1,000 damages from an automobile accident. Hoping to take the money and run, Bill tries to elope with Mary on a streetcar. He is prevented from accomplishing his end by Clyde, who overtakes Bill and brings the wildly careening streetcar under control.
